Nothing was ever out of the realms of possibility and the guys swiftly removed the awful workmanship, and replaced it with top tier quality. They've restored our faith in the trades, and the other businesses they work with are just as reliable - leaving us with a strong list of contacts for anything in the future. They gave us the Christmas we wanted and we're truly grateful. Would 10/10 recommend!"
