Phil was friendly, reliable and did a great job for me. He replaced a broken sink and changed and fixed a radiator in my little girls room. He was a bit busy at the time but managed to fit me in within two weeks.

I contacted PBM (Phil) after being quoted ridiculous prices from British Gas for a combi swap. Phil recommended getting a Baxi Duo-Tec as they're the best value boiler. He didn't look to sell me the most expensive one. He was very responsive and got me booked in as soon as he could. I thought the job would have been a bit fiddly but Phil got on with it and was done quicker than I expected. He was also about half the price of British Gas He was very conscientious about cleaning up any mess made and is an extremely friendly character He will definitely be back next year for the service
My heating works on two separate zones (upstairs, downstairs) one of the zones was stuck to on so the heating downstairs wouldn’t turn off. Phil was out the same day, priced and ordered the parts, collected the part straight away and was installed within the hour. Couldn’t fault how quick and efficient he was and extremely well priced, have since used him for servicing the boiler and to install two radiators.
