"Pete and the team were brilliant. The initial enquiry process was dealt with, with ease. The works were carried out on schedule and to a brilliant finish. This is the second time I have used them and I couldn't be happier. They replaced an area of old stone patio with new porcelain slabs. Approx 6 x 8 meters. Removed 2 trees and built a new wall to surround the patio. 10/10 service and professionalism."

Originally we had booked Pete and Craig to tidy up our jungle of a garden but were so impressed with them that we asked them to completely change the patio area and pathway area outside the front of our house. Mark joined them as there was a lot more work than we had originally intended. Their work ethic was excellent, taking care of every single detail. On top of that they were extremely friendly and a joy to have on site. The result has been nothing short of exceptional. We are SO pleased with what they have done and can now enjoy our garden. We highly recommend them."

Pete is a very nice man, friendly and will explain all work that needs to be done, he went above and beyond for me today and gave some very good advice for the future, his man working with him, mark was also a really nice and friendly bloke, can’t fault them in any way, I’m very happy with the work they have done, would recommend really nice people to have in your house or garden. That doesn’t come easy these days!

Get an itemised quote that separates plants and materials, any machinery or skip hire, and labour — a vague 'garden makeover' lump sum hides where the money goes and makes extra charges easy to add later.
Be wary of paying a large sum up front 'for materials' — agree staged payments against work you can see completed, especially for hard landscaping like patios, decking, paving or driveways.
Tree work and anything near a boundary can be regulated — protected trees and conservation areas often need permission, and removing a protected tree can be an offence. Confirm what is allowed, and that they carry public-liability insurance, before work starts.
