The work was completed efficiently and he consulted me about any areas where matters of taste might apply, such as whether to drill into tile. He also offered maintenance advice to avoid any routine issues, which was appreciated. Altogether it was a pleasant and stress-free experience.

Nige was responsive to messages, on time for the job and really helpful. He estimated that the toilet bolts would need a full refit with new ones, but once taken apart, he realised it didn't actually require this. We wouldn't have known any different, so was reassuring that he mentioned this and shaved some money off the original quote. Nige was also very friendly and we felt really comfortable leaving him to it in our home whilst we worked in the other room. Nige has done wonders so far in getting my much-loved home back up to scratch, and has been most informative and illuminating about everything he's been doing. Looking forward to having him return this coming week (W/C 25 March) to refurbish the front of my house, particularly the front door. Nige did a great job. He responded very quickly to my initial query, came round to estimate and do the work when he said he would, and he went the extra mile to find the type of valve I wanted. He was helpful, friendly and considerate throughout.

Nigel responded quickly to the job request and then attended to check what was required. He obtained the part and completed the the job promptly and efficiently at the very reasonable quote he had provided.

Nige came to look at the scope of the jobs (no call out fee), sent an estimate of the costs and texted to fix a date and time. He was pleasant company and got on with the work which was neat and tidy.

Had emergency rang PDQ he stopped what he was doig and came to our house within the hour had a look at job went to get a replacement waste pipe and fixed all done and dusted in a couple of hours excellent
