Recently, I had the pleasure of having them install a new gas boiler in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their incredible service. PH247 Plumbing and Heating has genuinely been my go-to company for all my plumbing and heating needs over the years. Their professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional customer service have consistently impressed me. When I contacted them, their team exhibited professionalism, promptly addressing all my inquiries and ensuring I felt confident in their abilities. Beware. You pay up front for a call out fee. And they make you sign an online document. When they come they don't do the job or repair, but instead you've paid for a 'report' 48 HOURS later and then a after the report you can get a quote if you want. They are basically a business plan based on call out fees.
I had a great experience with their team when I needed help with my plumbing. They were very responsive, arrived quickly, and resolved the issue without any hassle. The technician was professional, polite, and explained everything clearly. I appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely use them again!
I was in a very serious and urgent situation with a boiler that was making awful noises and leaking profusely, l called these lads out and they were with me in no time at all. The did a great job at a great price, they really are plumbers PH247
This is the second time I have used this service and both times I’ve been so impressed with the excellent job they do. It’s so simple to get quotes/book in with the online service & the ladies at the office are so helpful too. Their prices are reasonable and the workmen are professionals. They actually want to give a high standard to the job they are completing.
