Personable, prompt and skilled locksmith, used on more than one occasion, most recently when locked out with tiny baby in tow. He came to the rescue in under an hour and got us indoors in a matter of minutes. Top bloke, highly recommend.
Friendly, professional and I felt comfortable when he was in the home. Phil explained what he was doing and gave me options as he went along. Did a great job fixing the broken lock, highly recommend!

Middle of the night emergency call out due to lost keys, arrived within 10 minutes. Very friendly and polite. Would use again.

I called phill in a panic when I locked myself out of my house. He arrived very quickly and had me through the door within minutes Brilliant service, very professional. Highly recommend!!

A great relief to have someone like Phil respond quickly to my enquiry wben I needed a new front door lock fitted. He made sure he knew what was required before he came and explained how much it might cost. Very pleased with the result.

We needed a lock changing quickly so we messaged through trustatrader and within a few minutes Phil called. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We arranged a convenient time and he was able to fit us in very quickly. He communicated very well in advance and he had all the parts required. Superb service from Phil Banham this morning, much appreciated. He professionally and quickly completed the work and rectified the problem of a broken key in the lock at a very competitive price for us. No VAT. No call out charge. He also gave a special rate for senior citizens and came to assist us on a Sunday morning within minutes of receiving our request. Phil rectied the problem extremely quickly and I highly recommend this Locksmith and see no reason for anyone to contact any other locksmith in Harlow, when the price and service supplied by Phil this morning have been superb. Many thanks to Phil for all your help and a great job done all round. Peter Herbert.
