Beautiful bathroom with real attention to detail. Sammy was in communication with us throughout the project and we spoke almost every day. Was good to have a site manager at the end of the job on hand to deal with any issues in which their wasn't and works completed to a grade A standard, also very clean and left the site spotless

Had my bathroom completely renovated by Pimlico Building and couldn't be happier with the results. Sammy, the manager, was always available, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. The team tackled a full revamp from the ground up, handling complex changes in plumbing, electrics, and removals with great skill. Everything was clearly communicated upfront, including costs, and the project was delivered within a reasonable budget and timeframe. Sammy regularly checked in on progress and made sure all the different trades were well-coordinated. Highly recommend!

Sammy and his team are life savers! Our apartment was abandoned by a fraudulent contractor. Sammy and his team picked up the job where they left off and finished the project a week ahead of time. The quality of work, speed and efficiency and professionalism across all his workers was unbelievable. I am already in discussions with Sammy for further work - I will never use anyone else ever again. He went well out of his way to ensure speed and quality of work but also was excellent at suggesting ways to save money on the project.

We were looking for a reliable contractor to refurbish our holiday home in London and were extremely lucky to find Sammy and his wonderful team, they understood the brief, made useful suggestions and carried the plans through brilliantly, we were out of the country and were kept updated with photos and videos regularly, they were honest, and unfailingly courteous, on time and meticulous in their finish and the results exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Pimlico replaced the roof on my garage after a leak. They advised me from the start what work could be done and, realistically, what couldn't (replacing a wet ceiling), they did the job in a day which they said the would, cleaned away the debris and the work is guaranteed for 24 years.

Pimlico completed some underpinning and bathroom refurbishment work in our rental property (I am the tenant) and they were very professional, conscientious and tidy. The works were completed ahead of schedule and to a high standard, and Sammy and his team showed a great deal of care for minimising the impact on us as tenants during the process.

Sammy and his team supported us in repairing the railings outside the front of our house in London. Everything was brilliant from start to finish and I would recommend him to anyone! The initial response to our issue was dealt with really quickly, as was everything else from the quote, to the work, to the follow up to confirm we were happy with the job! We have done a lot of Sammy is one of the most communicative and professional. He is prompt with quotes, has a large team and can get work done quickly. We recently had a flat roof replaced and a glass sky roof installed - about 3 days of work but nice weather needed. The team was prompt, courteous and produced a high quality product - they knew what they were doing and advised us along the way- everyone spoke English which is also rare to find in the team onsite. Very good experience!

We approached Pimlico Building following a bad experience with another builder, who had left our renovation in a state of disarray. Sammy and his guys completely turned things around. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. It was never difficult to contact the builders and they kept us regularly updated. All round they did a fantastic job and were very reliable. Since completing the work, we have stayed in touch and Sammy sends people over quickly to help out with various jobs as they arise (e.G. Servicing the boiler, fixing one of the plug sockets). All in all, excellent.

Sammy and his team worked incredibly hard to complete the job on time and to a high standard. They really cared about the quality of their work and wanted us to be completely happy. Sammy made us feel that nothing was too much trouble and consulted us at each stage, giving regular updates via WhatsApp photos and videos in between our visits to the flat.
