Patrik and his team were very efficient and reliable, keeping us up to date when removing the chimney breast. They were very considerate when working in our house, minimising dust and ensuring they covered all existing surfaces so no damage was made. They were knowledgeable, and came prepared anticipating tweaks will be necessary to our structural engineers drawings. Communication was spot on, and we are very happy with the finished job.

Patrick and his team have been our go-to builders since they did work on our kitchen, garage and patio earlier this year. The work they did was fantastic, both in terms of the quality and price, so I had no hesitation in getting them back for some bathroom work a couple of months later. The team worked quickly and tidily, and there were some unexpected things that came which they dealt with without me needing to ask. They have been extremely pleasant, and our neighbours were impressed enough that they spoke to them about work for their own properties.

This team delivered one of my property projects on time and to an excellent standard, with quality that exceeded expectations. They were able to articulate challenges clearly, find non-typical solutions to non-typical issues, and demonstrated a wide range of expertise in property refurbishment. We asked for a new stair case according legal regulations and the loft room plaster boarded. Patrick and co were very progressional and did the job in a timely manner. very happy.

The work was done in a 2 bedroom flat. It was a general refurbishment job. Works included were general strip out and fit out, painting, window and door installation. The job was done with professionalism, and great time efficiency. The price seemed fair and definitely was happy with the results. Excellent finishing and quality assurance.

Unfortunately there was a lot of mistakes made during the work. Including, but not exclusively, cabinets were not fitted correctly, my metal extractor fan has 4 large screws drilled into it, wrong flooring laid, wrong paint used on walls, hole made into my bathroom from the kitchen, work not completed. Have had the work reviewed by 3 separate building firms as unacceptable for the sum charged and some of it deemed unacceptable for work performed by the tradespeople. One of whom I'm now having to pay to repair the work.

From the start Patrick was incredibly polite and patient. He was very easy to contact and spent time explaining the problem and offering his solutions. He even brought round another man for a second opinion. The work was carried out in a timely manner and we are very happy with the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending him

Patrick and his team are reliable and trustworthy. They finished the work on time and they have given us many ideas and suggestions regarding the design and layout of the house and the use of materials. Also, they brought us to the superstore to choose the materials and they recommended some companies for us to do the carpet and wardrobe. The price they charged was reasonable. PJ Constructions worked on my property on my loft and did a fantastic job. I had a a whole loft extension done with a brand new roof, bathroom and bedroom built by the team. The finishing of the work was amazing with high quality products and material fitted.
