He came out, gave me a price and said he would fit me in the following day. The two young men that came out were very friendly and chatty. They got on with replacing the downpipe round the back of the house and a small part at the front of the house. Job well done and I was very grateful to get it done at such short notice so thank you very much. I really appreciated it."
