We had a large part of our bungalow sprayed with CorkSol, a relatively new, cork based decorative and thermal finish, having first had him remove the old pebbledash and then re-render. A totally professional job throughout, from initial quote and subsequent invoices and more importantly being kept informed about the work at all times. Would definitely recommend."

The Plastersmart team were absolutely wonderful to communicate with, to explain prices, and to help us with issues that came up along the way. They (free of charge) included a few QOL changes to our drainage along the bottom of the property when they noticed an issue, and when a chunk of our rendering was hiding some abysmal brickwork, they brought in a company they trusted to patch it up for us so quickly! Would 100% recommend this lovely team to anyone."

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
