"We were desperate for our new radiator to be fitted in the main bedroom before the new carpet was laid. We contacted Pip on the Monday morning, just hours before the carpet was due to be fitted. He came straight round for us and done the job within a couple of ours for a very reasonable fixed price. He ia lovely guy. Very polite and courteous and a great sense of humor. Really knows his stuff and gave us good advice on other matters relating to our plumbing set up. We would highly recommend Pip to anyone who wants a job done properly and for a fair price."

Great communication as to when he would attend and what he was planning to do. Really helpful and tenacious until the problem was traced to a rogue water softener ad the problem resolved. A1 service. By law, anyone working on your gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register — ask to see their Gas Safe ID card and check the licence number at gassaferegister.co.uk before they start.
Never let an unregistered person touch your gas: unsafe gas work risks carbon monoxide poisoning, fire and explosion, and is a criminal offence.
For a boiler or appliance install, get the work and price in writing and keep the Gas Safe / Building Regulations certificate they are required to give you.
