Jerry came to replace our existing bathroom mixer tap. It was very old, and due to the existing pipework it was EXTREMELY difficult to get to. All the retaining fittings were stuck fast, and at one point he seriously asked if someone had superglued them on! Despite Jerry’s excellent kit designed for the purpose, he had to apply considerable force to eventually get them free, and it took a while to wind them down their long threads, as due to their position and inconvenient existing pipework he could only turn them an eighth of a turn at a time – no fun! On fitting the replacement mixer tap

Jerry came out for a plumbing crisis when my elderly mother's toilet was leaking. Jerry was prompt, courteous, very reasonably priced and went above and beyond in reassuring both myself and my mother. I could not rate this service more highly.

We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the work done by Jerry. He responded promptly to our request to come and assess a problem that we had with our shower, provided a professional quotation and then scheduled and completed the work at a time that suited us. Throughout the process, he was clear about the nature of the problem, how this could be fixed and any risks that might impact time or cost, so there were no surprises. Jerry’s communication and timekeeping was excellent and he completed the work efficiently and without issue leaving the area tidy. We would highly recommend.
