I contacted russell via e-mail on Tuesday.He respondet within the Hour.I explaint that I need a Tap replacment in the Kitchen.After a few e-mails back and forth we arranged for Him to come on Thursday between 9-10am.He arrived at 8.40 on thursday.He canged the Tap within 25 minutes. He is a true professional and takes customer communication and be on time very seriously.I was so impressed that I ask him to exchange a toilet and Bathtaps upstairs. I recommend Him to anyone who needs a reliable Plumber

Russell was excellent and went out of his way to get to us with a couple of hours of our initial call, even though we were first-time customers. Called in a panic on a Sunday afternoon and by 2pm Monday Russell had fixed all the issues we had with our shower. I’ve used a fair few plumbers in the Surrey area over the years because my daughter has 3 autoimmune conditions which rely on a constant flow of water in order to wash off medication. Without a doubt, Russell has been the best by far and I won’t be using anyone else in the future.
