We had follow up leak a few weeks later thanks to torrential rain, and Ben answered all my messages promptly and gave assurance and stuck by his arranged dates and times. After inspection 3 options were given, & it was also noted that 2 downpipes from the pitched roof above had not been taken to the gutter at the edge of the 2 flat roofs below so were spilling water all across the flat roofs. I agreed to the re-routing of the downpipes & as far as I know this has been done efficiently."
