He used a CCTV survey to disprove the water board's findings, accurately identifying that my drain runs into the main line through a blind connection outside my property boundary. The professionalism and technical knowledge were top-notch. The engineer cleared the blockage efficiently using a Milwaukee miller and left everything in perfect working order. They were punctual, honest!"
