Great job from Marc and his team. Listened to what was needed. Turned up on time and left the place clean. No hidden charges.

Estimated quickly. Work carried out satisfactorily, however a number of failed appointments left a bad taste.

The layers of the roof were replaced with the best materials on the market. The roofers worked well throughout the two days. They were very polite asking if it was ok to park the vans in the courtyard. After they’d gone you would never known that they’d been there. The area they’d used was completely tidy. The office staff were in contact when necessary. They provided photos of the different stages of the work. A total pleasure from start to finish.

Premier did a great job on our flat roof using HPX. We are really pleased with the result and the roof is watertight again. Professional from start to finish, quick turnaround and no mess left behind. Second time we have used Premier and would not hesitate to use again.

I found this company easy to deal with and the work was completed very promptly and professionally, an appointment was arranged within a couple of days which gave me peace of mind as I was keen to have my roof repairs carried out as soon as possible, the staff were friendly and I was kept in touch with updated, I am very satisfied with the work done

This is the Fourth time I have used Premier Roofing, and although this was a relatively small job I received the same no nonsense professional job, arriving at the agreed time and work completed to a very high standard. It is so reassuring to find straight forward honest workmen. My 1st point of call for all building work.

Overall the guys did a good job and cleaned up behind themselves. However poor time keeping. Four hours late on day one due to a delivery I was told. Day two no one showed up at all despite saying they were coming at 8am. I had asked for the harling to match the paint colour on side of building. The paint is a white colour and the builders left me with a grey finish which is not what I wanted. When the work was complete I was hounded for payment.. multiple calls etc before I had even had the chance to look at the finished job !

Premier had previosuly done some excellent work for me so I asked them back. They were very efficient, great job done and fair price. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Marc was easy to contact and quick to get a quote from. Communication was excellent and the job was good value for money. When something needed checking after the work, Marc was quick to send someone back round and get it sorted. Reliable and good quality, would definitely recommend.

The Premier team were very responsive in terms of both performing estimation services and then performing the repair work. No significant issues with their service.

Premier were the only company who followed up their interest in the job by sending out someone to have a look and give a quote. Agreed a price with Premier but they were quite busy on other jobs. There was no rush to get mine done. A few weeks later I received a text from Marc at Premier to say that they would be out the following day. They duly arrived and carried out the work quickly and efficiently putting in place the new ridge tile in such a way so as to ensure it will not be dislodged again. Excellent job done with a surprise thrown in! Great communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Marc and the team were very responsive, polite and professional. The works were completed in a day and to a very high standard, and very reasonably priced based on numerous quotes from other firms. Couldn't of been happier with the experience.

Great, efficient service. Roof damaged during recent storm, flashing missing and needed replaced. Job raised on Saturday, contact made same day and Roof fixed on the Wednesday.
