Alex was humble, hard-working and did an excellent job! We are very happy with the clean. It was across three floors, multiple carpets, stairs and landing area and several chairs/couches/cushions etc. Thoroughly recommend. I'll be a returning customer. On the admin side, the booking process, quotes, explanations, getting someone on the phone, payment, fixing a date etc. were all so smooth. Having had some horrible experiences before, I definitely find it refreshing. All great!
I booked Premium Clean to do a steam clean of the carpets in the new flat I’d just bought. Really brilliant service, punctual, polite, quick, and did a great job. All at a very reasonable price. Would certainly use again.
