Erica is amazing! Our house always looks fantastic after erica has cleaned and it's a real pleasure to come home to. When we see her she'll always have a smile on her face (despite how messy our house is) and is really easy to chat to!! She brings treats for our dog, and has even looked after our kids! Basically we see her as a friend as much as a cleaner! She really takes pride in her work though, always does a thorough job, and on the times she couldn't make it her staff have stepped in seemlessly to continue the extremely high standard of work.

I’m unable to bypass the punctuality question, I don’t know what time they arrived or left. However all was good.

Since a couple of months Pristine Kleen is responsible for the weekly cleans of our offices etc. We have been nothing but happy with their service. From communication to the quality of work, it is all very good and we are happy to have them.
