Derek installed a new gas central heating boiler for us this week after our old one died. He came out very quickly, gave as a quote for a new boiler, smart controls and thermostatic valves, and then installed the whole system a few days later. Did a really good job, and left the place clean and tidy afterwards. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Really nice bloke as well.

Turned up with his helper on time and really went to town rebuilding my aging Heating System. No stone left unturned he when things turned out to be worse than we thought no drama they just cam back an extra day and made sure the job was done properly. Our boiler broke down today on one of the coldest days so far. I called Derek in the morning. He was helpful and advised me of a few things I could do. In the end he came to the house in the evening and changed a part. The heating is working once again. I cannot thank Derek enough. Boiler fixed in less than 8 hours!!!! First class service! Pristine Plumbing has helped me in the last few years. I had problems with the heating system, and they replaced the all system. More recently, there was a clog, which was solved effectively. I recommend them. Derek is a great guy.

Derek attended site quickly post our initial call, he quickly identified the problem, replaced two 'sticking heating valves' and throughout was charming, efficient and clearly on top of his trade. We would have no hesitation using him again and recommending him elsewhere.

We have used pristine and plumbing a few times now and they are great. Derek is friendly and reliable. Called them in the morning for a blocked drain, came out within a couple of hours, went out and got the pipe which needed to be replaced and sorted it really quickly. Will 100% use them again!
