The leak only showed up under driven rain from one direction, so I expected it to be difficult to trace. But Henry explained what cost there would be and as work progressed what cost there might be. He explained and showed me what he had found and what he had done. I can't fault him.”
“Excellent from start to finish. The quote was clear and the work done in good time, and I was kept updated throughout. They walked me through the job after it was finished to make sure I was happy, and recent rain has proved its worth :)”

I was really impressed with how quickly my initial message was responded to despite messaging at a weekend. Even though it was a small repair it was carried out quickly and with good communication. Hassle free from start to finish which was particularly important to me as I work full time and don’t have a lot of time. Thank you -I would definitely recommend!

Henry was a very pleasant chap. I was told in detail of work to be carried out. Very pleased with the final job.
Really happy with the repointing work Henry has done for us. He is very reliable and his work is of a very high standard. We will definitely be using Pro Trade again.
The job was to repair my Grandad's 4 stack chimney, that we had realised was cumbering away. As my Grandad is in his 90s I dealt with the trades. We contacted a number of trades including Henry, and most agreed that it needed partly taking down and re-building. Both myself and my Aunt and Grandad agreed to take Henry on after analysing the quotes. Henry was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, the reason why we went with him was his experience and knowledge, which impressed all three of us. Henry told us that until he got the chimney down he would not fully know how much it would cost, and he did need to go a bit further due to the state of the brickwork, however he was always honest about this and provided loads of images, and in the end it did not cost that much more. His communication was excellent with both myself and my Grandad and the workmanship was exceptional. My Grandad is very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a chimney repair.
