Probuild was booked to repair some storm-damaged rendering. Step 2 of the quote provided by Probuild Contracts Ltd was “Strip all render to back elevation of balcony/patio wall”. This was clearly not done before the workman slapped on the new render. The wall now looks worse than before the "repair". After making a complaint to Probuild Contracts Ltd, Lee inspected the wall and said he was "satisfied with the quality of their work." If this is considered satisfactory then he must have very low standards.
