Contacted them as was having issues with my fairly new thermostat and boiler after the original installer told me I would need to pay for a new thermostat. ProGas took the time to step me through how to resolve the issue myself without hesitation and at no fee. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased, and relieved, that Progas were able to provide a same day service for a leak that had developed from a central heating radiator. The engineers assessed what was needed and agreed the work with me. They were polite, friendly and did a professional job. The problem was solved with a new radiator valve which was fitted immediately. I was very happy with the whole process from beginning to end.

New Boiler had to be resited. New pipe work is very neat and all left very tidy afterwards. Fitter was very capable and got on with the job in hand. He was hard working and very efficient.

Professional assessment of the new boiler required, and subsequent installation - all the work was carefully and neatly carried out to the agreed timescale.

Very impressed with Progas. They planned the work carefully, discussed the various options and gave us 3 different quotations for solutions to replace a defunct water heater. We opted for a new boiler, and Progas fitted this and realigned piping from the old water heater. Work was very professionally done, and the removal of the old heater was tidy, with external brickwork properly replaced. The system was checked and works well. No problems at all. We have used Progas before and I would recommend them.

The ProGas engineer was only supposed to connect my radiator but I had put it together incorrectly and it was leaking so the engineer took it apart and fixed it, all the while keeping me informed of the extra charge and seeking my approval before starting any work. The work was completed to the highest standards. I didn't need to tell him anything, he aligned the valves perfectly, hid all the pipes, fitted the shrouds, did everything so it looks perfect! I found this company to be the most honest and best priced of all the quotes I requested. They did not try and force be to buy but advised me and helped me understand. I never felt pressurised. In August 2018, the Progras Engineer came and provided a servicing to the boiler for my new property. In October 2018 my radiators were not heating in the upstair bedroom and I had to call a plumber to sort out the issue. He had to uncover the boiler. The amount of dust in the boiler the plumber said no one had done anything to this boiler in years, I took pictures. I contacted Progas next day with the pictures to understand what they had done to my boiler. The Progas director apologies for not cleaning the boiler but said they completed other works which is nonsense.

Excellent. Good value, very polite and hard working. Great service and good quality product. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

I could not recommend this firm more. My new hot water cylinder a megaflow was installed with minimum fuss and they had to dismantle and put an airing cupboard back together. They arrived promptly at 9 am and left at 3 pm and no mess. I will always use them in the future.

ProGas appreciated that it was very tough for us being without any heating and water, tried to rearrange another appointment and then came to us within 2 days of quoting. They answered concerns and queries over the phone, quoted and stuck to the quote and the new boiler is working fine for both heating and hot water, although we seem to have the radiator and towel rail on in the bathroom when only the hot water is requested.
