"Anthony and team are the best tradespeople I have ever dealt with. They plastered most rooms in our house a few years back, quoting for the job when they said they would, coming on time, every day and keeping the place as tidy as possible throughout. On top of this, they did an excellent job, every room is perfect because of their attention to detail. We had some settling cracks appear in a room they did not do and Anthony and the team came out this week to fix it for us quickly as we needed it done for a certain date. Again, the work was done on time and to perfection. Thank for everything!"

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
