Shane from Promess Electrical Solutions arrived on time and started promptly on the work. He was polite and considerate throughout. Very easy to talk to and explain things to. He had warned me previously that there might be minimal damage to the surrounding wall but in fact there was none and the job was very neatly completed. He cleaned up everything afterwards and removed any debris from the drilling. I would be happy to use Shane again and can recommend him.

We had to get some outside wall lights installed and power way down to the shed. Shane was brilliant from the start giving us fresh ideas on how to run the cabling saving us ripping up the patio and expensive landscaping. Works quoted and agreed before competition had a chance. Shane has consistently done work for me. But more recently, my spotlights in my room were not working so, I called Shane and he removed the light fitting and, after a few minutes of investigation found that there was a loose connection. He explained the issue to me and the rectified it by presenting a solution which was low cost and effective. I would recommend his services to anyone as Shane is reliable and excellent at what he does.
