Miley and the team were excellent when we needed to have a completely new slate roof fitted. They completed the job from start to finish in good time and to a great finish. No hassle for us as they took care of everything including materials and scaffolding. We are so happy with our new roof and would highly recommend Miley and his team to our friends and family.

We have used PRS Home Improvements several times now, for high level work such as replacing gutters and pointing chimneys. They are always excellent at what they do. Miley, the boss, is a delight to have dealings with - always amenable, quick to understand our requirements and totally professional in giving advice and alternatives. They are reliable, tidy and quiet doing the work - and understanding of our requests. The finished work always exceeds expectations - which is why we have them back. Totally trustworthy. Miley kept me informed throughout about what was going on with the roof. He brought me photos, broken slates etc to show me what he was replacing and explained why. I'm so impressed with the work. The team cleaned up after themselves and took away all their rubbish. So impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone! Plus Miley came and helped me push my car off the road when it broke down - over and above the call of duty!! Just awesome - thank you 😊

I recently had a great experience with Premier Roofing, Miley. Not only did Miley provide me with excellent advice and a fair price estimate for the issue with my roof, but he also went above and beyond by cleaning out my gutters during his visit. Miley was extremely knowledgeable about the roofing issues I was experiencing, and he took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Miley also did an amazing job cleaning out my gutters. They were completely clogged and overflowing before he arrived, and now they are clear of dirt. I can tell that he takes pride in his work . Overall, I was very impressed with Miley's professionalism and work ethic. As the owner of Premier Roofing, he sets a great example for his team. PRS home improvements replaced some of our guttering which was leaking badly and causing problems with water running against our door. The work was booked in and completed in one morning the same week. They left everything clean and tidy and did a good job. The guttering looks great and hopefully will have resolved the issues. Communication was good throughout and they were very friendly.

Friendly and reliable service. Miley and David were prepared to take on a difficult fix to a loft window to fix a serious and problematic leak. Good communication and so pleased to have such a prompt response.

Used Trustatrader for the first time to replace some broken tiles on my conservatory roof. I was contacted by Miley from PRS Home Improvements the same day, I sent him pictures of the roof and he got back promptly to explain the work needed with a quote, and when he could do the job. The communication was really good. I've been let down several times by workmen, so it was refreshing to have a reliable tradesperson, who turned up when he said he would, was knowledgeable, and pleasant. I will use Trustatrader again, it's less stressful, and I am happy to recommend PRS Home Improvements.

We cannot recommend miley enough. We discovered a leak in our ceiling on a Saturday night and he arrived to inspect the roof on Sunday. Fantastic service, one of the few good ones!

Contacted PRS about a damp patch coming through in the loft, thinking it would be a single tile replacement job. They came out the same day to take a look and uncovered more issues I was unaware of. There were quite a few corrections needed from previous jobs (he took photos of everything & even I could see that it wasn't good up there) & I received a quote the same day for everything. The next day he rang to see if I was home for the job to be done that day before the bad weather started & now its sorted. Really impressed with the effort that was made to diagnose the issue and fix it so quickly, never expected it would be sorted within about 24hrs of initial contact, can't recommend enough.
