"Pete was great from the start, taking a lot of (unpaid) time to go through the design of the heating system, the boiler type and the suitable radiators. When work started the house was really well protected with floor protector etc. Pete stuck to his predicted timeline exactly, being honest on how long these things take from the start, which was great. Now the weather is colder it’s been great using the new heating system and it works lovely."
