Between the quote and the work starting, he was always happy to answer questions and we even visited his shop to make sure we had chosen the right colours etc. The work itself exceeded our expectations hugely. The carpet and bathroom flooring look fantastic and has been finished to an exceptional standard. I would highly recommend Tom and will definitely use him again for any future flooring."
