It wasn’t straight forward as I was looking to install and chase the LEDs into the ceiling recess and these guys had the experience and skills to complete. They also boxed in a few areas that to enhance the aesthetics around the house - highly recommend! They were on time, efficient and friendly. It was nice to learn they cover all aspects of building and managed to send part of their team to plumb a sink for me too! Great bunch of guys 👍🏼"

I needed some rooms plastering and these guys delivered - no messing about. Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
Be wary of a plumber who, on a first visit, says your whole system or boiler must be replaced — get a second opinion and an itemised quote (parts and labour separately) before agreeing to major work.
