The job was to remove existing sealant to my bath and wall corners. The quality of workmanship from Richie compared to another trader is really high - the small detailing to the finish really sets it apart and the products he uses. I was advised to consider another colour than the existing white mastic to complement the tiles and grouting, and I’m glad I took his advice because it really has improved the look the bathroom. He also gave me advice on how to maintain the durability of the sealant. For someone with his experience, his work is competitively priced and comes with a 2 year guarantee. I would highly recommend as someone who is very professional in every aspect of their business.

Start with the only negative - Rich is a hard guy to get hold of! But he got back to me with a slot on short notice as the job was urgent and got it all sorted! Did everything he said, identified many issues with current seals and rectified everything to completely remove any chance of water getting through! Bathroom looks brand new, very clean job and left no mess whatsoever. Explained everything including causes of the issues and how to best care for the bathroom to avoid future issues. Will have him back for some more work in the new year, highly recommend to anyone who is after a quality long term job rather than a cheap quick fix.

Ritchie certainly knows his stuff. He stripped out the mastic from our leaking shower and replaced it with quality mastic in a matching colour that makes it look smarter than it did when newly installed. He is tidy, punctual and very friendly and does a very thorough and very professional job. We would 100% recommend him and definitely use him again for any other mastic jobs.

Richie completed a fantastic job for me last year, mastic work to all of our windows and doors on a character Victorian property after a full renovation of the exterior. We were very concerned to complete the job and make it weather tight but with minimal and very neat mastic work that was colour matched to all of the window frames and door frames. Quality Mastics came up trumps and managed to put the cherry on the top after all the other trades had completed their work. Richie’s eye for detail and diligence to get just the right finish has paid off several times over. I would highly recommend him for any external or internal work.

Rich did a fantastic job resealing our shower. It fixed a leak, but also looks a million times better with colour matching to our stone tiles.

Had another specialist masticer for one bathroom which I was pleased with but then found Richie…. Different class of finish, absolutely top notch - his finish is unbeatable and although it is pricey after spending £££ on kitchens and bathrooms don’t scrimp on the last hurdle!

Richard completed the external masticing of all the outside windows to an exceptional standard. He was very thorough & he made sure that the outside was left spotless when he cleared up. He was friendly, approachable and focused on providing an excellent service. l would highly recommend him.
