They followed my instructions regarding my Dogs....giving me time to put them in a safe area. 1 of my Dogs was barking due to nerves...they didn't talk whilst inside properly...they seem to have a understanding of my Dogs nerves....it helped to calm her down...they were so excellent and done a fantastic job. Very helpful to....and very tidy....and most of all made me happy...they showed interest in my Dogs and was lovely to talk to...and stayed calm from start to finish."
