Delighted with the restoration of the windows. John is a craftsman who does the job correctly, no shortcuts from him. He showed me how he was dealing with difficult areas so I was fully aware how he was fixing it. Also very tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend John to complete work. I will definitely request him to return for the next stage of the restoration.

I cannot recommend John enough. I contacted him by telephone, he came out to inspect and met up with my daughter at our flat. He was courteous and polite explaining what he could do to repair our sash windows. He then came back for a futher inspection and to measure before submitting his estimate. At no time time did we ever feel pressured into using his business, throughout we felt confident he would do his very best to repair our window and he did a really great job, completed on time and on budget. We are absolutely delighted with his craftsmanship. A true professional and lovely man.
A number of windows needed to be repaired. John was very professional and kept his word. Work was completed on time and on budget. When an unforseen problem came up, John explained my options and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. I would hire John again and recommend him to friends.
