All the worked was carried out with the utmost professionalism. The work itself was superb and his team were efficient, charming and very tidy. The price was very fair and we could not be happier. I recommend this company highly and we will be calling him up for further work as soon as funds allow."

"Reliable Roofing are more than just roofers, they have carried out several bits of general indoor building work while the weather was too rough to be on a roof. Amazing job changing a single door to double doors. New concrete lintel, door frame and then hung the doors perfectly. Stuart’s attention to detail is spot on. Honestly can’t recommend him enough, this is about the 5th job he has done for me and I can’t fault him on any of them. Also he is a nice bloke and he sends videos of the work which is very reassuring, especially when it’s a roof or somewhere you can’t access easily."

Agree how they charge before any work starts — a percentage of the build cost, a fixed fee, or an hourly rate — and exactly which stages it covers (concept design, planning application, building-regulations drawings, work on site), so there are no surprises later.
Confirm what they will actually handle versus what is excluded — the planning application, the building-control drawings, and whether they will administer the builder's contract on site — and get it, and a portfolio of similar projects, in writing.
