They uncovered a few issues with the previous installation, which meant additional work needed to be done to remedy these, but they kept us well informed throughout the process explaining step by step what they were doing and why. They arrived promptly each day and left the site clean and tidy at the end of the day, always checking to make sure we were happy with things. They quoted for the additional work before starting and kept to it. I won't hesitate in recommending them."
