I contacted Rob (Fire Engineer) to carry out maintenance on our fire alarm system, and he was absolutely fantastic. He responded promptly to my request, arrived on time, and carried out the work efficiently and professionally. Rob was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so reliable and courteous, I would highly recommend Rob for any fire safety or alarm maintenance needs!
Rob serviced my alarm system and fitted a new battery. A pleasant, helpful manner. Well recommended.
