"Ross fixed the leaking valve on the heated towel rail as required as well as sorting out a small issue with a clunky flush lever on the toilet. He was the only plumber I called who could make it the same day & didn’t want to charge the best part of a mortgage payment! Communicative and polite, will definitely recommend!"
