Professional from start to finish, Robin talked me through design options and in the end created the most amazing custom small double bed with bookcase in a space that hadn't previously been part of the room. "The work involved rasing the roof over part of an existing loft conversion. I supplied all the materials including a substantial steel framework. ROC removed the existing tiles (which were to be reused), demolished the existing roof frame, installed the heavy steelwork, constructed the new walls and roof and retiled and trimmed all the new work. They worked very hard and very quickly - all this was completed in 2 weeks. They dealt with the inevitable snags efficiently and the work was finished to a very good standard. The building inspectorate raised no queries."
