Ben and his team carried out an initial investigation of our flat roof where it was leaking and the after confirmation of a suitable date arrived to repair the roof. They replaced the faulty and worn out felt removed and cemented the ridge tiles and used a waterproof sealant on the flat roof to ensure no further leaks!! They did this work extremely well and effectively on the date promised and also took away all the removed material. Thank you Roofcraft for giving us such an excellent service. We will certainly use you in the future.

Ben and the team replaced a few broken tiles for me. They were very happy to help even though it was just a small job. Price came in under the quote and the work was perfect. This is the sort of company that you wish all trades are like, feel lucky to have found them and will definitely be using them again for any other roof and guttering jobs I need.

Ben and his team have done a great job repairing and replacing our roof. During the first visit, Ben went through and clearly explained the options we had. The team were then able to mobilise and get the job done quickly while keeping the site clean and tidy. They also worked around our neighbours so as not to inconvenience them too much. Ben even came back to give the gutter an extra clean. The job ended up being slightly larger and more complicated than we first thought (old house hiding issues) but Ben and his team were all able to handle that well.

Communication was great throughout. On the day of the work they arrived on time, took photos of the work before and after so that I could see what had been done and left the property tidy when they finished. Would recommend and will be using again if I need work done.

Roofcraft of Surrey, Ben, responded very quickly to a requirement we had to fix some gutter joints on a clients house which was spotted whilst we were undertaking some air conditioning works. Had my flat roof re felted, a few timbers replaced, guttering and fascias replaced. All the work was completed in one day and they were incredibly tidy, leaving the garden in better shape than it was when they arrived!

I had a damp patch by the front door after heavy rain, Ben came out and advised that the lead flashing above the area on the roof had come away, he said that he could re-seal this and gave me a quote which I accepted. Ben sealed the area which has now stopped the leak. Really pleased with Ben's workmanship and recommend for any roofing issues.

What started as a leaky roof was something much bigger, thankfully we engaged Roof Craft. Ben visited in no time, gave thorough inspection & insisted on showing how bad certain areas were. What started as roof replacement became much bigger resulting in new roof, velux windows, soffits, facia and guttering. All said, cannot fault Ben and his amazing team who worked tirelessly in all weathers with minimum disruption to our daily routine. Prompt, polite, efficient. Can't praise them enough!

We were suffering ingress of water whenever it rained, due to some broken tiles and perishing in the roof felt. After discussing it with Ben, we decided to replace the old tiles as well as the felt, so that we would have a new roof fit for many years to come. This required extensive scaffolding, so it was convenient to have the walls painted and the gutters renewed at the same time. The whole job was completed efficiently in about 10 days from start to finish and we were vey happy with it.

We originally asked Ben to repair our roof but it quickly became apparent it would have to be replaced. The quote was reasonable and the work was started and completed quickly. Ben keeps a close eye on his team who were tidy and polite and know what they are doing. We are very happy with the work and the workmanship and recommend Ben without hesitation.

Ben is local to us. He came to assess the damage just a few minutes after we called him in the morning after the storm. He quoted verbally for the work, which we accepted.
