very knowledgeable and helpful. work was complicated earlier because of good weather. always sending photo updates. cleared up after themselves. very happy with the work and service.
We contacted RLS initially, on the recommendation of a friend, to carry out some work on the house gutters, and then also to do some repairs to the garage roof. The work was completed to high standards and looks great ! They were very polite and friendly throughout and worked very efficiently and tidily. Communication was excellent throughout, we always knew exactly what they would be doing and when, and their advice and recommendations on aspects of the job were appreciated. We would happily use RLS again and recommend to family and friends.
We engaged RLS Roofing via a trusted friend and it proved to be a very good decision. Their communication was excellent, whatever they said they would do, they did and to a very high standard. They took pictures of our chimney stacks which were in a far worse condition than we thought, all the way through the refurbishment they took pictures and kept us abreast of their progress. They were very pleasant to deal with, efficient with great communication and their workmanship was first rate. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Highly recommended.
I would highly recommend Roofing Leicestershire Saffron. They worked so hard, very trustworthy, polite and cheerful. We are very happy with our new roof,it looks fantastic and they did a good clean up when it was finished. They kept us informed throughout the process from getting a quote to completion. It was a very positive experience , worth every penny.
