Excellent the engineer turned up on time explained everything he done to the boiler and showed me , and was very tidy in his work would 100% use again also Lucy in the office was very helpful

With gave 2 boilers. Rowlen boiler services have regularly serviced them for several years now , they have fully replaced one boiler and done some repair work on the other. They always have good communication, prompt arrival, friendly service, decent pricing.

Rowlen Boiler Services were recommended to me by my son. They came to investigate a noise and to service the boiler. They responded quickly and the engineer was extremely thorough. I will definitely be using them from now on.

Almost excellent. The initial interaction with Lucy who booked the appointment was efficient and great. My boiler service was booked for “late morning / Lunch time”, but didn’t turn up until 6pm :(. The guy who serviced my boiler was great, however he didn’t have a standard part with him (Honeywell Valve Actuator), so he wasn’t able to repair the heating that also needed looking at. I would however use Rowling again.

Second time I used Rowlen in a few months because of excellent work the first time. I had an emergency that maintenance contract could not/did not want to address. Contacted Rowlen after hours - promised to get somebody out the next afternoon to inspect. Kept to their word and resolved the problem while on site - which ran into the evening. I was kept informed of expected later arrival of engineer, reported back the next day with explanation of what was needed to resolve the issue. While there, also noticed a slow running drainpipe and cleaned it. Friendly people that gets the job done.

High quality work and lovely people both for simple plumbing and complicated underfloor heating manifold and boiler issues. Any concerns fully and cheerfully dealt with. Have used them for several years and fully recommend.

Really great service - responsive, came back when there were further issues the next day, and the engineer even offered to support with picking up electric heaters when it was clear the boiler couldn’t be fixed. Highly recommend.

I’ve been very impressed with the ease of booking an appointment, the courtesy, time keeping and knowledge of the engineers that visit, the quality of the workmanship and the cost. Lucy in the office was extremely helpful and reassuring and arranged everything with our tenants. The engineer turned up on time and was very capable, highlighting that the cooker needed replacement. Lucy sourced one and after clearing it with us ordered it and arranged it to be delivered and fitted, with the tenant. All work was completed in a very professional manner and we were kept fully informed. The cost was very good and exactly as quoted. I would definitely recommend Rowlen as we had excellent customer service as Lucy went that extra mile for us. Thank you, a very satisfied customer.

Contacted Rowlan to replace a thermocouple as we had no heat or hot water. They also carried out a service on our very old back boiler. They arrived well within the allotted time, were friendly, efficient and tidy. The engineer managed to carry out the work despite our three large golden retrievers wanting to play with him. Booking the appointment was very easy and Lucy was very approachable and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend them.

I found Rowlen boiler service to be very easy to deal with when I had to change my appointment day at the last minute due to my father being hospitalised. The engineer who came to Service my boiler was also very polite and I felt comfortable allowing him into my home.
