Gary from Roxwell Plastering was excellent from start to finish. He was towards the higher end of the quotes we received, but absolutely worth it. He turned up on time every day, was polite and tidy, and the quality of the work is spot on. Communication was really strong throughout. He kept us fully in the loop about what was happening, how long things would take, and what to expect at each stage. He was also great with the kids and really understanding of the realities of working in a busy family home, which made a big difference. Everything was exactly as agreed, with no hidden extras and accurate timescales. There were no surprises at all. He made the whole process completely stress free. Will definitely be our go to plasterer from now on. Highly recommend.
