I have been calling Russell Heating for over 10 years for plumbing, electrical and boiler needs. 100% trust this company to do the job right. My water pump decided to quit, phoned Russell Heating & team told me which type of replacement pump to order ( the pump arrived next day) and the engineer team arrived within 24 hours to install the new pump. The engineer team were friendly and quick to trouble shoot on the job. Thanks so much guys!

Alex responded promptly to my oil boiler service inquiry, scheduled a convenient appointment, and conducted himself with professionalism. He and Kev arrived on time, maintained a tidy workspace, and provided a comprehensive digital record of the work performed. Both were friendly, thorough, and demonstrated a high standard of professionalism throughout the service.
I wish i used them before. Very well mannered and very professional work. Highly recommended the whole team are perfect. Correct, clean and tidy, affordable on price and i will definitely use them every time. Thank you guys
I contacted Alex and he was able to fit me in very quickly. I needed my boiler serviced and a new kitchen tap fitted. They were very thorough, did a really great job and I was very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend Russell Heating for any gas or plumbing needs.
