I have been calling Russell Heating for over 10 years for plumbing, electrical and boiler needs. 100% trust this company to do the job right. My water pump decided to quit, phoned Russell Heating & team told me which type of replacement pump to order ( the pump arrived next day) and the engineer team arrived within 24 hours to install the new pump. The engineer team were friendly and quick to trouble shoot on the job. Thanks so much guys!

Alex responded promptly to my oil boiler service inquiry, scheduled a convenient appointment, and conducted himself with professionalism. He and Kev arrived on time, maintained a tidy workspace, and provided a comprehensive digital record of the work performed. Both were friendly, thorough, and demonstrated a high standard of professionalism throughout the service.

Aleks is a lovely guy and a great worker. I called in the morning with some boiler and radiator issues and he was around to help on the same day. He explained each step of trying to diagnose our issue clearly and in layman’s terms. We will absolutely be using Russell Heating going forward.

I rang this morning regarding a gas leak and they came this afternoon. He was very thorough checking for leaks and I was very pleased with his work.

What an amazing guy! From the appointment, he messaged me his location so I knew on the day where he was and what time I am likely to expect him. He had great knowledge, knew exactly what was wrong with my underfloor heating after carrrying out a couple of tests and fixed it quickly. I live in Ashwell, Hertfordshire and can say Alex was reliable, full of knowledge, punctual, very professional and did the job quickly.
