Ryan gave a well priced comprehensive quote and was able to get the job booked in and completed within a quick time frame. Really happy with the job done!

Outstanding service. I contacted on 22nd December hoping to get an appointment for 27th. Amazingly fitted us in on 23rd. Was the third plumber to come out (others from our insurance policy!) and he was the first to not try and sell us a new boiler!! Sooo knowledgeable and fixed it within an hour. Communication was excellent!!! Couldn’t ask for better service. Going to cancel insurance as soon as we can!!! Thank you for saving Christmas 😍

Ryan was recommended to me by a friend. It was winter, I’d just moved house, I had no internet and a smart thermostat! Ryan came out fitted a normal thermostat and showed me how to use it. Since then, he’s fitted a u-bend under the kitchen sink, replaced the electric shower and fitted a new plug/waste in the bathroom sink. I would t have another plumber in the house now and recommend Ryan to anyone who asks!
Wouldn't have anyone else to do work for me. He is a great guy who always phones to let me know when he's on the way. Would certainly recommend him to anyone especially older people like myself.

Would recommend Ryan to anyone very affordable which helps now a days, also helped remove the fireplace outside so I could sell it.
Required a heating engineer to repair water leak on my nieces gas boiler. Engineer responded quickly and arranged a time to attend. Identified and repaired the problem and then checked over the system and recommissioned the boiler making adjustments as necessary. The work was completed in a professional and friendly manner. The area was left clean and tidy. Boiler now works efficiently. Would recommend RV Plumbing and Heating without hesitation.

Only someone on the Architects Registration Board (ARB) register may legally call themselves an 'architect' in the UK — ask for their ARB number and check it free at arb.org.uk. An 'architectural designer' or 'technologist' is a different, unregistered role (often capable, but not the same protection).
Agree how they charge before any work starts — a percentage of the build cost, a fixed fee, or an hourly rate — and exactly which stages it covers (concept design, planning application, building-regulations drawings, work on site), so there are no surprises later.
Confirm what they will actually handle versus what is excluded — the planning application, the building-control drawings, and whether they will administer the builder's contract on site — and get it, and a portfolio of similar projects, in writing.
Ask to see a portfolio of completed work like yours, plus recent references you can contact.
