SBH has, on 2 separate occasions, installed 2 new Distribution Boards in my recently purchased house, 1 main and a secondary in the Garage. During these upgrades Stuart offered advice and ideas on future expansion, such Solar,l Panels Battery storage, heat reclamation, etc which he seems to know an awful lot about. I have already recomended SBH to 2 friends, who have already had work done. I've also recently introduced SBH to a client for work on their commercial project. Communications with Stuart were spot on at all stages so I knew what was happening when. The team worked efficiently and left everything tidy, even bringing their own vacuum cleaner. Cannot reccomend enough.

We used Stuart at SBH to install an aircon unit in a bedroom. He conducted an initial survey and provided a quotation based on a top end unit that was a bit beyond budget. However when we revised our needs to something lower spec Stuart provided a quote that was within budget and offered to do the work very swiftly as he had a window between jobs. We were due to be abroad at that time and were a little unsure about whether we should postpone but we are glad that we went ahead. Stuart kept in contact with us by WhatsApp while conducting the work, checking the positioning of the unit and in due course, providing videos showing how to operate the unit. Very reassuringly he also provided a video showing him securing the house and posting the key back through the letter box. When we returned we found everything neat and tidy with a fully operational unit. The electrics had been done neatly and entirely as discussed. The paperwork followed in the next couple of days. It was straightforward doing business with SBH and we would thoroughly recommend them for installation of domestic AC.

Was really responsive, professional and communicative. Clearly works and holds himself to a high standard. Cleaned the units and did PAT testing as well. Very happy.

Stuart responded quickly to our request for a quote to install an electric double oven. He provided an honest and professional assessment of the required work. He gave good advice and completed the work on time and to a high standard. He has sent us all the correct certification documents and we would highly recommend his expertise and hope to call on him again for future projects.

Stuart fitted a new electric FIT reader (for solar panels). He arrived on time and completed the job quite quickly and efficiently. Excellent work.

Having waited over a month for a replacement Whirlpool motor for the Hood, we decided to buy a new one. Visited John Lewis who recommended AEG and got it delivered within a week. JL do not install & do not recommend anyone. Once I got it, I searched for electricians - most did not reply or did not call back. Others said too busy & wait further 2 weeks. Looked up which & Stuart promised to come within 3 days and quoted a call charge inclusive of 1 hour work. When he came on a Monday morning, he looked at the new unit & chimney size and told me, I would need a carpenter first to change the size but offered a solution with sourcing a motor through a friend. Did not charge anything! Very honest and helpful! The best choice!

We contacted Stuart as we were thinking about having Air Conditioning installed and were looking for an estimate. Although we live outside Stuart's immediate area, he came to visit us in person and did a full site survey, and answered all our questions, before sending us a detailed estimate. The work was done neatly and efficiently in two days, to a very high standard and with no making good necessary. The AC unit was not the cheapest but the system recommended is quiet and unobtrusive and well worth the extra expenditure. We have no hesitation in recommending Stuart and will be asking him to install an EV charging point in the future.

Very happy with the service I received from Stuart (SBH Electrical). He came out very quickly on a Saturday when I was worried about a faulty light fitting. He was courteous and very easy to talk to and reassured me. He made sure everything was safe before leaving (even checked the gas leads as an extra). Highly recommend.

Stuart came over within two days of querying, came and gave us a free quote which isn’t something offered anymore these days so was a lovely bonus! Really friendly, efficient, informative and couldn’t praise their customer service enough.

Stuart was a true professional and a pleasure to have in my home. He sorted out my ventilation problem and went to great lengths to source a replacement. My two year old ventilation problem has been resolved. No need for a humidifier 😊
