On this occasion we had realised that an almost invisible part of our roof was in a terrible state with significant weather damage to tiling and fascias. Simon booked the job in at the earliest opportunity and, as usual, did an absolutely fantastic job at a fair price. As echoed in other reviews, he is always courteous and respectful of you and your property and his work is of the highest standard. We thoroughly recommend this firm to anyone."

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
