Albert is reliable and professional and everything happened to time and as he said it would. He responded swiftly when the job on the dormers revealed problems elsewhere in the roof. In September 2023 we had a complete new £40K roof. We were happy with the roof but the 10 solar panels were removed and replaced and left not working for 4 months. In January a third party resolved the issue. They were wrongly wired. I would not recommend this company to anyone with solar panels.
