I was getting rain in the loft especially in stormy weather. Luckily I found Spencer who was a great help. He sourced the problem and repointed the ridge tiles which solved the problem. We also discussed and fitted a cowl on one chimney pot for my gas fire and sealed the other. I was very impressed with Spencer’s knowledge and expertise. I would recommend him to anyone.

We used Sandford Roofing to fix a leak in our extension. They always arrived on time and left no mess. The leak has been fixed and we no longer have any more issues with the roof

The work was completed on the roof so I can’t really take any photos but the work was done to a very high standard and haven’t had any problems since.

I recently moved to a new house and had several jobs which were all completely to a high standard and within a few days - scrubbing moss off all sides of main roof, ridges and hips; repairs to and repainting soffits; new guttering and repainting soil pipe; complete replacement of boards and roofing felt to flat extension roof (including heat treating and installation of vent to improve ventilation around sky light). I am very happy with the quality of the work which was all completed on time, and grateful for the help with some other jobs I had inside the house which were completed without any additional charge. It was a pleasure to meet the guys and I highly recommend them.
