Scan-a-drain are highly recommended. I was concerned that my water pipe was cracked due to smell, and they came out the same day and showed me the issue / damage using the camera. They are very honest and are extremely knowledgeable, and hard working. The quote was reasonable given the amount of hard work needed to fix the issue. They came the following week to do the work as expected, and kept me informed. The broken pipe was removed, alternate layout advised and implemented due to hidden gas main, new pipe fitted and ground works undertaken neatly and in keeping with the rest of the drive.

Paul was able to diagnose our problem within minutes and came up with a suitable solution, whilst I was very distressed he remained calm and explained clearly what needed to be done. He and Martin arrived on the due date, did all the work, including some extra bits I'd asked for and he even was able to take away some timber which we needed disposing of. Great guys, really know their stuff and stuck to the price, even though the work was more time consuming and problematic than they first thought. We are happy to recommend them.

Fantastically quick response from Paul. I had a very helpful and informative conversation about how to progress my enquiry. Paul explained about legislation which came into force in 2011 and also the fact that our property (built in 1850) came under Adopted Sewer Act and that Yorkshire Water would be responsible for the sewer/drains that run under our house. He even gave me the telephone number to ring!! Brilliant Service thank you.

They turned up, did the job what was necessary provided me with the knowledge to understand the job, quickly spotted the fault and fixed it.

I called out Scan a Drain to look at a problem I was having with my toilet flushing.He explained the problem and I asked for a quote for a replacement. He gave me a quote and said he would be back on tuesday (today). Job done and mess cleaned up.

Paul and Martin did a great job laying in water supply and drainage for an outhouse -washroom conversion. Including tiling, painting, plumbing and fitting out. From quote to completion all was done satisfactorily and in good time.
