Thomas was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained the process, checked for pet and kid stains, and used professional equipment that left our carpets looking and smelling fresh. They now look almost brand new — no dirt, paw prints, or mystery stains, and no strong chemical smells. Our home feels so much cleaner. Highly recommend!"
