When I go to see customers I offer extremely good advice. There are too many companies out there giving shoddy advice with their salespeople and Surveyors who have a lack of experience which just leads to heartache. We may not always be the cheapest, but our customers can guarantee they have chosen a company with an impeccable reputation and they will never be disappointed with the money spent with us. Occasionally like anything in life, we may have the odd issue here and there but we are straight back usually that very day to rectify if anything is not quite right. We also only do one installation at a time so we are focused. We also pay our fitters a good salary not “piece rate”. Many companies offer piece rate to get through installations quickly which means fitters are rushing installations to get as many windows in a day as possible. Not us! Also once the price is set on a quotation, we do not put the prices up after a survey like many companies do!

Windows havnt been installed yet but I was highly satisfied when I met the person who measured up to prepare the estimate, the sample product was of the standard I required and all was conducted in a very efficient manner.
My parents had a garage side door fitted and repairs to existing bay windows completed. Very happy with the service received.

We, Sereco Windows, are a family based business who has built up the best Google reviews in this area and no other Company comes close. We supply and install uPVC, aluminium and timber window, doors and conservatories and we also undertake repairs as well. We are very meticulous in our approach; we install the highest quality products the industry has to offer and we guarantee a very high standard of installation and finishing off. We as a team, undertake one installation at a time and stay on your installation until completion; ensuring a swift install with no frustrating delays. Your Sales call and survey is undertaken by the same person, Steven Sanderson (Director), ensuring there is smooth continuity throughout the whole process from start to finish. Many companies out there do not work like this. Our fitters are not paid piece rate (like other companies) so they are not rushing your installation for their own financial gain. We pay our fitters to do a job well, even if the time runs over. Steven Sanderson (Director) is a Fellow Member of the Institute Of Carpenters and is a perfectionist in his work; he trains our fitters in the same way and with same philosophy. Our fitters are all MTC qualified in line with Government Regulations. This means they have passed stringent tests to ensure they are extremely capable of quality installations.
